HOW TO ORDER Baja Fish Gear allows you to order securely online, by fax, or by phone. There are hundreds of products we normally stock that may not be on our website, and will be considered a normal stocking item when ordering. In otherwords, if you do not see it, we still may stock the item. When it comes to saltwater fishing, especially items used from Southern California to Central America, we probably stock it.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed during normal business hours usually within 72 hours. All Online orders are processed thru a secure gateway, either by using AUTHORIZE.NET or PAYPAL.COM , your personal preference. If you are not confident in using the website for your transaction, you may contact us personally by phone or fax during normal business hours. FREE SHIPPING offers are for ground shipping by the carrier of our choice in the continental United States. We normally ship using FEDEX or USPS, but offer many other options that may be more convienent for your particular area. Product purchased by credit card will only be shipped to the billing address for the particular credit card being used. This is for your protection as well as ours. If you have a different billing and ship to address, we recommend you contact your credit card company, bank, or use your verified account thru PAYPAL.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International orders may be subject to handling fees and may be subject to limitations determined by law, shipping methods, and/ or payment methods. Any custom duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is best that you contact us first before ordering.
ORDER TRACKING All orders which include an Email address will receive a tracking number sent to enable you to track your package. All other orders that do not include an Email address can get a tracking number by contacting us by phone or fax.
OUT OF STOCK Any order that cannot be shipped within 72 hours will receive a notification as to the next availability of the product ordered. Clearance, Closeouts, and used/vintage product is only available to stock on hand.
OUR PRICES At BAJA FISH GEAR, we will always try to offer our product at the best possible price, within the constraints and policies of our vendors. If you find a lower price at a stocking legitimate dealer, we will try to match the price where possible or make it up to you on a future purchase.
SALES TAX All sales shipped to a California address with be charged 8.25% sales tax. If any sales tax is due in your destination, the buyer is responsible any and all taxes.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY It is our goal you make you a happy and a long time returning customer, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 21 days, we will gladly exchange for same or other product or refund your purchase, less shipping costs, to the exact credit card used to make the purchase. Purchases made by check or other methods will be issued a check within 2 to 3 weeks from receiving the product back to our facilities. This policy is limited to normal stocking items returned with all materials and packing in unused and sellable condition. All returns must be preauthorized by BAJA FISH GEAR and also be accompanied with the original sales receipt and all shipping documentation. NO COD RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In the event of a warranty issue within the first 21 days, BAJA FISH GEAR will issue a call tag by Email to return the product to the proper vendor. Clearance, Closeouts, Personalized,Special Orders, and Used/Vintage product are NON RETURNABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE. Abuse of these policies may result in exemption from these policies.
