Shimano monofilament wind-on leaders are exclusively designed for bottomfishing with Lucanus jigs.
The windon leader provides connection between the main braided-line and the shock leader, is easy and fast from a loop-toloop system - virtually eliminating bulky knots.
Plus, the shorter braided hollow section provides a smooth and long casting distance, resulting in less friction through the rod guides.
